Reviews and Ratings
The room was disappointing and out of the way from the main hotel. It could have been a little bigger if I were to be picky. There was no air conditioning as advertised, and the room I booked looked nothing like the website. The breakfast had hygiene issues with a long black hair found in the food, which was off-putting. The price paid did not match the overall experience, and I would not recommend it to friends or family. I felt the stay was not a value for money, especially with the closed facilities.
The hotel provides nicely heated, furnished rooms that are comfortable with good tea and coffee facilities, but the lack of air-conditioning and the need to request a fan were minor inconveniences. The service was professional and exceptional, making us feel comfortable and well-assisted. The location is excellent for those wanting to explore Blackpool, though some areas are in need of attention. The dining experience had its highs and lows, offering a satisfying post-fun night meal but with some quality and price issues. Overall, a mixed but satisfying stay.
